Cancellation Policy

By The Book allows customers to cancel and/or reschedule appointments from Square within 48 hours of a booking. Any cancellations within this period need to be made direct with Russell via a phone call or SMS.

A full refund will be credited if a cancellation is made 24 hours or more of the booking.
A 50% refund will be credited if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.

Special circumstances can be considered upon request.
